With over 15 years in the renovation industry, Pat created CLM Construction on principles of quality craftsmanship and client trust. As home renovation experts, he oversees every project, ensuring every detail meets his high standards. From a young age, playing with Lego was his favorite hobby, making the decision to become a Licensed Home Builder a natural fit. When not working with his team of builders, you can find Pat watching his lovely children play soccer or skiing with them at our beautiful Mt Washington resort.

Darrell brings over 15 years of carpentry experience to the team.  He brings careful attention to detail, a passion for transforming homes and strives to bring it all together into a finished project that will stand the test of time. 

Darrell has lived in the Comox Valley for almost a decade, but his love for the mountains came when he first visited BC over 20 years ago.  He has a passion for the outdoors and enjoys hiking, mountain biking and kayaking. In his spare time, he can be found adventuring with his family and working on projects around his home

Curt has been working with us for 3 years now, proving to be an incredibly hard worker. As he embarks on a career in custom home design, Curt is building a bright future for himself. He is always eager to learn about new techniques and skills, which makes him a valuable asset to our team of builders.

When he is not working on home renovation projects, you will find Curt riding his motorcycle somewhere across the province or spending quality time on Quadra Island.
